About the event

About the Talk We’re encouraged to have the growth mindset where we see challenges as opportunities to grow and we like to try new things. In times of urgency, change and uncertainty how can we think well and continuously improve? When we feel pressured and have very little time how can we come up with ideas and challenge the status quo? During my career I have seen and experienced these difficulties. A few years ago I was introduced to, and started using, a framework that demonstrably helps people think well for themselves by creating a Thinking Environment©. In this meetup I’ll share this framework with you and give you the opportunity to try it out live in breakout rooms. I hope this will ignite your curiosity and lead to you running experiments both at work and at home so you can experience its effectiveness. About the Speaker Anneke's strength is creating a place where agility, innovation and effectiveness flourish and continuous improvement thrives. Having qualified in both facilitation and coaching with 'Time To Think', she gets her reward from creating an environment where people challenge the system, shift mindsets and create opportunities. We’re all recruited for our skills, talent and knowledge and Anneke enjoys helping these be unleashed. With 18 years of experience in the software industry, Anneke helps establish a shared understanding of the agile mindset, agile methodologies and system thinking across the business. She is continually exploring, and experimenting with, new ways of working and ways of being to keep improvement happening. As well as being a qualified 'Time to To Think facilitator and Time to To Think coach, Anneke is also an ICAgile Certified Professional in Coaching Agile Transitions, certified Scrum Master and has a 1st class degree, and PhD, in Physics.
